How do you use WhatsApp as a business?
As a business, there are various ways to use WhatsApp. WhatsApp can be used for webcare and customer services but also for internal communication or for marketing campaigns. For this, the smartest option is to use WhatsApp group chats or the WhatsApp broadcast list so you can quickly and easily send the same message to a large group of recipients. It is, however, important that the recipients have stored your WhatsApp number in their smartphone and that they have given an opt-in. When this has not been done, they won’t receive the messages or you run the risk to be marked as a spammer, which will result in your number being suspended. Needless to say, you want to prevent this.
